An independent panel of judges chose the winners from a large and highly competitive pool of individuals nominated by peers, mentors, members of the community and the candidates themselves. Judging was based on a point system that rated the nominees in three areas: excellence in business, commitment to community and professional achievement.

The  NJBIZ Forty under 40 Awards will be delivered to the recipients at a receptionon Monday, September 20, 2010 as they honor these outstanding individuals at the Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ.
