Finally, there’s something positive to say about New Jersey’s real estate market. Real estate experts are predicting a late “spring housing market” for most of the New Jersey-Philadelphia region.
Historically, beginning as early as February, the housing market gains momentum; more houses are available and more buyers are looking. It’s a win-win for all. Sometimes it’s a seller’s market, other times buyers have the advantage. However, springtime generally brings “more” for anyone looking to buy or sell in the region.
This year, however, the spike was delayed. Blame it on the ferocious weather this past winter, or people just beginning to come out of the economic slump and leery of jumping too fast. Regardless, experts are predicting that the housing market should be hot throughout the summer.
