Rothamel Bratton Attorneys at Law LLC is pleased to announce a new addition to its team. Please join us in welcoming our newest member, Brittany Tedesco, to the Rothamel Bratton, LLC trust, estates and elder law division.

In Ms. Tedesco new role, she will join attorneys Chris Bratton and Morgan Kelly in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and estate administration for the firm’s three locations in Haddonfield and Lawrenceville, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Upon graduating law school Brittany completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Cristen P. D’Arrigo. Prior to joining Rothamel Bratton, she gained valuable legal experience representing clients in all aspects of transactional law matters including business formations, business transfers, real estate transactions, and estate planning. She also has extensive experience in family law, litigation matters and bankruptcy law. “Ms. Tedesco’s prior professional experience and her strong client focus will be an enormous asset to our team at Rothamel Bratton,” remarked partner and chair of the trusts, estates, and elder law department Chris Bratton.

Ms. Tedesco obtained her J.D from Rutgers University School of Law, 2012, and has an undergraduate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick, 2009. Tedesco is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
