Rothamel Bratton Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce a new addition to our team. Please join us in welcoming our newest member, Anne Markel –Crozier BSW, CSW, to the Rothamel Bratton Elder Law division.
In Anne’s new role, she will work closely with our clients in the areas of elder law and life care planning for the firm’s locations in Haddonfield and Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Specifically, she will specialize in assisting clients and their families in coordination of their health and long-term care, serve as their advocate and empower them with the knowledge to attain the highest quality of life given their specific circumstances so they no longer have to manage the complexities of care coordination alone.
As Director of Care Coordination, Anne brings over 25 years’ experience working closely with the elderly in many different facets of health care, including adult day care, long term care, behavior management, hemo-dialysis, sub-acute rehab, ventilator, hospital settings, and Assisted Living Facilities.
With her vast experience in case management, social work, Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and long term care insurance, she will be a strong support and advocate for clients as they begin their journey through the long-term care system.
Anne graduated from Monmouth College with a degree in social work, and received her Gerontology Certificate from Florida State University. “Anne’s prior professional experience and her dedication to the elderly ensures that she will be an enormous asset to our team and more importantly our clients,” remarked partner and chair of the trusts, estates, and elder law department Chris Bratton.
