She received her Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies and Political Science from the University of Richmond and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Community Activities
While at the University of Kentucky College of Law, Ms. Bennett was a member of the Kentucky Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law.
