Mr. Rothamel served from 2007 to 2009 as a Director for the Association of Realtors (BCCAR), and as a speaker, advisor, teacher and counsel to thousands of New Jersey’s licensed Realtors.
In his capacity as affiliate real estate attorney for the 4000+ Realtors in Burlington and Camden County, 2000+ Realtors in Glocester and Salem County, and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, Mr. Rothamel has his pulse on local real estate trends from the suburbs of Philadelphia, through Princeton and Cherry Hill, and all towns down the shore.
