Mr. Linden is Chair of the Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments at Rothamel Bratton, LLC.

Mr. Linden concentrates his practice in the area of commercial and civil litigation representing businesses and individuals in all types of disputes including contract disputes, fraud and other business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate, employment and related litigation.

Mr. Linden is experienced in using arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution techniques and devices to solve disputes quickly and cost-effectively.

Professional Experience
Mr. Linden also has a strong background in Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy litigation having represented individual and business Debtors and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees and litigants before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Linden’s practice also involves extensive experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate litigation, transactions and land use having represented multiple clients before the Zoning and Planning Boards in several municipalities in New Jersey.

Education
Mr. Linden is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. Mr. Linden earned his juris doctor from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey – Camden.

Mr. Linden is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
Mr. Linden is a former Camden County Bar Foundation Trustee and former Camden County Bar Association Trustee as well as an active member of the Young Lawyers and Debtor-Creditor Sections of the Camden County Bar Association.
